What you will do

• Lead the activation, management, and optimization of complex campaigns across Display, Video, Branded Content, and Social platforms.
• Monitor campaign KPIs and collaborate with Ad Ops and Planning to ensure over-delivery of client expectations.
• Develop high-quality client materials, including kick-off calls, mid-campaign updates, and comprehensive wrap reports.
• Serve as the primary post-sale contact for key agencies and direct advertisers, managing daily communication.
• Identify renewal and upsell opportunities by leveraging performance data and white space analysis.
• Orchestrate internal workflows with Editorial, Project Management, Research, and Marketing teams.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in client success, media planning, or digital campaign management within a premium media or agency environment.
• Solid understanding of the digital landscape, including CTV, audio, and custom content ecosystems.
• Must be based in or able to work hybrid in New York, NY.

Nice to have

• Exceptional presentation skills and the ability to tell a story with data.
• Fluency in Google Ad Manager, Salesforce, and Monday.com.
• Familiarity with social analytics and measurement studies.
