What you will do

• Serve as the primary point of contact for key strategic partners to manage day-to-day relationships and long-term growth.
• Drive revenue by developing integrated programs across affiliate marketing, content, social, and sponsorships.
• Identify growth opportunities through new initiatives, tentpoles, and custom programs.
• Partner cross-functionally with Editorial, Studios, and Commerce teams to execute high-impact programs.
• Develop proposals, pitch decks, and performance recaps for internal and external stakeholders.
• Track partner performance and identify opportunities to optimize and scale results.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in partnerships, account management, PR, media, or brand marketing.
• Experience managing large, strategic partners or accounts.
• Experience working with merchants, agencies, and affiliate marketing programs.
• Strong understanding of affiliate rates, platforms, and reporting.
• Strong presentation and storytelling skills to build compelling partner narratives.
• Must be able to work from the New York office at least four days per week.
