TL;DR

Location: Must be based in a US office

Salary: $60,000 - $70,000

What you will do

  • Develop and implement sales training programs and onboarding sessions for the sales team.
  • Create and maintain sales training materials, including user guides, presentations, and recordings.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify improvement areas and develop enablement strategies.
  • Manage and maintain sales enablement tools and Salesforce CRM configurations.
  • Collaborate with sales leadership, operations, marketing, and product teams to ensure process alignment.
  • Perform quality assurance on new Salesforce configurations and resolve day-to-day technical system requests.

Requirements

  • Must be based in a US office
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or customer success roles.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce CRM and sales enablement platforms.
  • Strong data analysis capabilities to measure and report on enablement effectiveness.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills.

Nice to have

  • Salesforce Admin Certification.
  • Prior experience specifically in sales enablement.
