Location: Must be based in New York, NY; Hybrid role requiring 4 days per week in the office.

Salary: $95,000 - $170,000 yearly + sales incentive compensation.

What you will do

  • Manage day-to-day relationships with agencies and clients to ensure superior service.
  • Develop and execute monetizable solutions to meet client needs and drive revenue.
  • Collaborate across internal verticals to leverage the full NBCU advertising ecosystem.
  • Grow existing business and actively pursue new business opportunities.
  • Manage and develop relationships with senior leaders and business owners.
  • Analyze numeric data to optimize advertising performance and strategy.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of media sales experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Must be able to work from the New York office 4 days per week.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel).
  • Ability to seamlessly alternate between detailed analytical work and client-facing interactions.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Publicis Media.
  • Proven background in streaming or digital advertising sales.
