Salary: $110,000–222,000 USD per year

• Define and communicate team mission to empower squad members and business partners
• Prioritize client and partner needs to guide squad execution as the voice of the client
• Measure performance using critical metrics and deliver business, technology, and people results
• Inspect progress and remove impediments to ensure smooth delivery
• Evaluate results against acceptance criteria and make trade-off decisions balancing quality, cost, and timelines

Requirements

• Must have 10+ years experience in product/project management or related fields
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in finance, computer science, engineering, or quantitative field preferred
• Experience with private company capitalization, equity financing, and financial services preferred
• Strong technical abilities supporting platform strategy and design in large enterprises
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven decision making
• Ability to lead and influence teams without formal authority and build high-performing teams
