What you will do

• Drive the execution of product vision, strategy, and roadmap to ensure innovation and speed to market.
• Manage the full product lifecycle from discovery and requirements gathering to launch and post-production improvements.
• Communicate product vision to internal stakeholders and serve as the primary point of contact for sales and service teams.
• Partner with marketing to develop market positions and promotional campaigns.
• Lead and mentor a team of product analysts to achieve measurable business outcomes.
• Ensure all product offerings remain compliant with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field; MBA preferred.
• 8-10+ years of product management experience, ideally in institutional financial services.
• Deep expertise in investment stewardship or proxy voting processes.
• Proven ability to influence and lead cross-functional teams without direct authority.
• Strong knowledge of Agile software development methodologies.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex concepts into actionable plans.
