What you will do

• Own and maintain the admin reporting backlog, ensuring stories are groomed and prioritized for sprint planning.
• Write detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications for reports and data presentation improvements.
• Triage and prioritize defects and enhancement requests from customer support and direct escalations.
• Collaborate with engineering and QA to validate report output, calculation integrity, and export fidelity.
• Partner with the Senior Product Manager to align reporting priorities with the broader platform strategy.
• Develop deep domain expertise in equity compensation and CEM reporting capabilities.

Requirements

• Must be based in the USA.
• 1+ years experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or Junior PM in B2B SaaS environments.
• 2+ years experience in equity management, equity compensation, or financial services platforms.
• Proven track record of working directly with engineering teams in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field.

Nice to have

• CEP (Certified Equity Professional) certification.
• MBA or similar advanced degree.
• Direct experience with the Certent Equity Management platform or comparable equity administration platforms.
• Experience working in a high-growth, fast-paced SaaS company.
