Senior Digital Product Manager

Location: New York, New York; hybrid workplace model with at least four full days each week in an hirify.global office

Salary: $135,000–$140,000 per year, plus incentive pay

What you will do

• Define and execute the website product strategy, vision, and multi-quarter roadmap.
• Translate business goals and user needs into prioritized product requirements and features.
• Lead cross-functional delivery with engineering, UX, content, marketing, analytics, and regional stakeholders.
• Use analytics, user research, and A/B testing to optimize engagement, conversion, uptime, and customer satisfaction.
• Drive evolution of the Adobe Experience Manager website platform, personalization capabilities, integrations, and martech stack.
• Ensure performance, SEO, GEO, AEO, accessibility, brand, and regulatory standards across markets.

Requirements

• 7+ years of digital web or mobile product ownership experience.
• Experience with agile product management for large-scale, distributed web products.
• Experience with structured design, development, and implementation of computing architectures.
• Experience working with diverse technical configurations, technologies, and processing environments.
• Strong interpersonal, facilitation, negotiation, written, and oral communication skills.
• Ability to quickly understand the functions and capabilities of new technology.
