TL;DR
VP, Product Manager (Compliance/Fintech): Driving business objectives and priorities within the Compliance Workstream by leading the product vision and roadmap for ART Agile Teams with an accent on feature prioritization and cross-functional stakeholder management. Focus on delivering continuous value through the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) and ensuring adherence to corporate governance policies.
Location: Chicago, IL (Hybrid). Must have legal authorization to work in the U.S.; no sponsorship provided.
Salary: $110,000 - $185,000 USD Annual

What you will do
- Lead roadmap development, feature creation, and prioritization for the Compliance Workstream across multiple channels and systems.
- Partner with Journey leaders and Agile Release Trains (ARTs) to prioritize features for Program Increments (PIs).
- Collaborate with System Architects, RTEs, and Product Owners to ensure successful feature delivery and continuous value.
- Maintain and communicate the product vision and KPIs to key stakeholders and technical teams on an ongoing basis.
- Ensure all implementations strictly adhere to compliance and corporate governance policies.
- Support analytics to monitor financial impacts and business benefits of delivered features.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree and 10+ years of experience in Operations, Technology, or relevant digital capabilities (or 12+ years with a high school diploma).
- 8+ years of experience in Project or Product management managing multiple programs simultaneously across stakeholders.
- 3+ years of leadership experience working with senior leadership and communicating with both technical and non-technical resources.
- Proven experience in the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required; the company will not sponsor visas.
- Ability and flexibility to travel for business as required.
Nice to have
- Experience in Disputes processes.
- Certified SAFe professional.
- Experience guiding the creation and implementation of self-service products and platforms.
