TL;DR

Account Executive (SaaS): Generating new business for the SMB segment by managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals with an accent on wellness and fitness industry clients. Focus on conducting tailored product demonstrations, building long-term relationships with business owners, and consistently meeting net Annual Recurring Revenue (nARR) quotas.

Location: Must be based in and authorized to work in the United States

Salary: $65,000 – $70,000 (Base)

What you will do

  • Manage the complete sales cycle for SMB clients, from initial prospecting to closing.
  • Conduct engaging product demonstrations via screen share to address operational challenges.
  • Identify and connect with key stakeholders and decision-makers in the wellness and fitness space.
  • Maintain accurate sales activities and account information within Hubspot CRM.
  • Consult with prospects to educate them on how software solutions can transform their business growth.
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with business owners beyond the initial sale.

Requirements

  • Must be based in and authorized to work in the United States
  • 2+ years of closing experience in software/SaaS sales
  • 1+ years of experience selling to small businesses
  • 2+ years of experience with inside sales and live product demonstrations
  • 2+ years of outbound sales experience
  • Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas
  • Spanish language proficiency is highly preferred

  • Professional experience in fitness, yoga, or wellness verticals

  • Demonstrated success in exceeding aggressive sales targets
