What you will do

  • Prospect and identify potential clients through cold calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach.
  • Engage prospects to educate them on Employer of Record services and schedule meetings for the sales team.
  • Qualify leads and gather key information to assess their potential as prospective clients.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and interactions within the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with marketing to provide feedback on campaigns and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Meet or exceed monthly targets for qualified leads, scheduled meetings, and revenue generated.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the United States
  • 2+ years of experience in sales or lead generation.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to handle objections professionally.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
