What you will do

• Own the end-to-end DAQ operating system across robotic stations, workforce, and facilities.
• Drive cross-functional alignment between robotics research, engineering, and operations teams.
• Manage workforce and vendor performance through a services partner, ensuring quality and throughput.
• Coordinate fleet reliability, station software, and physical infrastructure to prevent execution blockers.
• Define and enforce repeatable operating standards to scale DAQ operations across multiple sites.
• Resolve ambiguities and drive decisions among senior stakeholders to keep execution moving.

Requirements

• Experience leading complex, cross-functional systems involving engineering, operations, and external partners.
• Proven ability to act as a single-threaded owner in ambiguous environments.
• Ability to impose structure and accountability on evolving systems.
• Comfortable collaborating with both senior technical stakeholders and frontline operational teams.
• Must be based in San Francisco.
