What you will do

• Lead the full lifecycle of simultaneous data center deployment projects from design through to day 2 operations.
• Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, including clients, vendors, contractors, and internal teams.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans to meet aggressive timelines.
• Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies to minimize disruptions.
• Provide technical oversight on power, cooling, networking, and physical security systems.
• Travel up to 60% to project sites to monitor progress and troubleshoot issues.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in data center deployment, infrastructure implementation, or technical project management.
• Must be a U.S. person (citizen, permanent resident, or asylee) to comply with U.S. export control regulations.
• In-depth technical knowledge of data center infrastructure including servers, storage, networking, power, and cooling.
• Proven ability to manage complex technical projects and lead cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with industry standards such as TIA-942, Uptime Institute, or ASHRAE.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent practical experience.

Nice to have

• Experience with High-Performance Computing (HPC) or AI-specific infrastructure.
• Familiarity with liquid-to-chip cooling technologies.
• Professional certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, ITIL, CDCP, or CDCS.
