Focus on structured outreach (drop-ins and scheduled meetings), consultative discovery of restaurant needs, and closing deals through consistent follow-up.

hirify.global operates a restaurant booking platform connecting diners with restaurants.

What you will do

  • Contact and schedule meetings with restaurant owners or managers after selecting in-scope restaurants.
  • Conduct both drop-ins (without prior appointments) and scheduled meetings, targeting 4–5 interactions per day.
  • Present TheFork’s table management software, promotional features (e.g., discounts), online booking calendar, and marketing solutions.
  • Discuss needs with owners and managers and match them to TheFork Manager tool opportunities and the guest network.
  • Follow up with engaged prospects until the deal is closed and the restaurant is successfully published online on TheFork and affiliate websites.

Requirements

  • Fluent German and good command of English.
  • Proven sales experience with the ability to close deals in a single call.
  • Experience in business development, preferably in B2B or restaurants/hospitality environments.
  • Strong persuasive and influencing skills, with comfort in short-term negotiations.
  • Self-driven, results-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • PC proficiency and Microsoft Office skills; CRM experience is a plus.
