What you will do

• Lead end-to-end partner integrations and custom client builds from initial contact to final delivery.
• Perform hands-on API testing and troubleshooting using Postman and platform standards like SSO.
• Translate technical requirements from developers into actionable user stories for Product and Engineering teams.
• Manage the Developer Portal content, ensuring API guides and integration documentation are current and useful.
• Coordinate cross-functional delivery by managing project plans, timelines, and resolving blockers.
• Communicate platform changes, upgrades, and deprecations proactively to partners and internal stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in technical project management or product operations.
• 5+ years of software project management experience managing scope, schedule, and risk.
• Proven experience working directly with external technical partners or stakeholders.
• Hands-on proficiency with APIs and tools like Postman for testing and support.
• Must be based in the United States.
