Location: Must be based in the United States (Remote/Hybrid with 25% travel required).
Salary: $112,000 – $143,000

What you will do
- Lead end-to-end delivery of complex SaaS implementations including scoping, configuration, testing, and training.
- Manage project financials, including budgeting, forecasting, and revenue protection.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for enterprise-level customers throughout the implementation lifecycle.
- Facilitate workshops, status reviews, and executive updates to ensure alignment.
- Identify and resolve risks, issues, and dependencies across multiple workstreams.
- Collaborate with internal teams including Product, Technical Services, and Consulting to ensure solution readiness.
Requirements
- Must be based in the United States.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or Healthcare.
- 5+ years of project management experience, with at least 3 years in SaaS customer-facing implementations.
- PMP Certification required.
- Proven experience managing enterprise-scale projects and cross-functional teams.
- Experience in regulated industries or healthcare environments.
Nice to have
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification.
- Experience with post-acute care or pharmacy software.
- Proficiency in Smartsheet, Jira, or MS Project.
