Salary: $112,000 – $143,000

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex SaaS implementations including scoping, configuration, testing, and training.
• Manage project financials, including budgeting, forecasting, and revenue protection.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for enterprise-level customers throughout the implementation lifecycle.
• Facilitate workshops, status reviews, and executive updates to ensure alignment.
• Identify and resolve risks, issues, and dependencies across multiple workstreams.
• Collaborate with internal teams including Product, Technical Services, and Consulting to ensure solution readiness.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or Healthcare.
• 5+ years of project management experience, with at least 3 years in SaaS customer-facing implementations.
• PMP Certification required.
• Proven experience managing enterprise-scale projects and cross-functional teams.
• Experience in regulated industries or healthcare environments.

Nice to have

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification.
• Experience with post-acute care or pharmacy software.
• Proficiency in Smartsheet, Jira, or MS Project.
