What you will do

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and internal project teams.
• Assess client technical requirements and develop detailed technical specifications.
• Lead the development and deployment process in collaboration with program management.
• Manage solutions QA and assist clients with User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Provide platform training, knowledge transfer, and ongoing technical support.
• Collaborate with Sales teams to develop technical presentations and solutions.

Requirements

• Must be based in the USA
• Proven experience in customer-facing project delivery management.
• Strong ability to articulate technical solutions from a business perspective.
• Experience with consulting operational processes and conflict resolution.
• Excellent time management and multi-tasking skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent professional experience.

Nice to have

• Proven knowledge of Health Systems and/or Health Plans.
• Experience with Data Visualization or Graphic Design.
