Location: Remote (USA). Applicants located within 45 miles of Westlake/Dallas, TX office are expected to work on-site Tuesday through Thursday.
Salary: $98,800 - $130,000 USD

What you will do
- Lead the full delivery lifecycle of technical training programs from SOW execution through post-delivery evaluation.
- Manage a diverse portfolio of engagements, including instructor-led classes and complex multi-technology academies.
- Collaborate with Account Executives and instructors to ensure accurate scoping and technical setup.
- Conduct regular client check-ins and quarterly business reviews to manage long-term training plans.
- Oversee budgetary and profitability responsibilities across the assigned project portfolio.
- Drive continuous improvement of delivery processes to build scalable infrastructure for growth.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with 4+ years of professional experience in project or program management.
- 4+ years of experience in customer engagement or customer success.
- Proven track record of managing complex, multi-workstream projects in a client-facing environment.
- Must be based in the USA.
- Experience with various training modalities including instructor-led, virtual, self-paced, and blended delivery.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to handle high-volume concurrent projects.
