Salary: $98,800 - $130,000 USD

What you will do

• Lead the full delivery lifecycle of technical training programs from SOW execution through post-delivery evaluation.
• Manage a diverse portfolio of engagements, including instructor-led classes and complex multi-technology academies.
• Collaborate with Account Executives and instructors to ensure accurate scoping and technical setup.
• Conduct regular client check-ins and quarterly business reviews to manage long-term training plans.
• Oversee budgetary and profitability responsibilities across the assigned project portfolio.
• Drive continuous improvement of delivery processes to build scalable infrastructure for growth.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with 4+ years of professional experience in project or program management.
• 4+ years of experience in customer engagement or customer success.
• Proven track record of managing complex, multi-workstream projects in a client-facing environment.
• Must be based in the USA.
• Experience with various training modalities including instructor-led, virtual, self-paced, and blended delivery.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to handle high-volume concurrent projects.
