What you will do
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for technical, engineering, and operations roles.
- Partner with hiring managers to define requirements and hiring priorities.
- Establish and maintain a consistent recruitment process, including scorecards and feedback loops.
- Proactively source and map markets to maintain a healthy talent pipeline.
- Track recruitment metrics and provide insights on process efficiency and hire quality.
- Collaborate with the People team on employer branding and onboarding improvements.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, preferably in tech, engineering, or manufacturing.
- Proficiency in sourcing using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and market mapping.
- Experience with ATS systems (e.g., Personio, Greenhouse, Lever).
- Knowledge of structured, competency-based interviewing and use of scorecards.
- Ability to work with recruitment metrics and dashboards.
- English: Intermediate+ level required
Nice to have
- Experience with Notion, Confluence, or Figma.
