What you will do

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for technical, engineering, and operations roles.
• Partner with hiring managers to define requirements and hiring priorities.
• Establish and maintain a consistent recruitment process, including scorecards and feedback loops.
• Proactively source and map markets to maintain a healthy talent pipeline.
• Track recruitment metrics and provide insights on process efficiency and hire quality.
• Collaborate with the People team on employer branding and onboarding improvements.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, preferably in tech, engineering, or manufacturing.
• Proficiency in sourcing using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and market mapping.
• Experience with ATS systems (e.g., Personio, Greenhouse, Lever).
• Knowledge of structured, competency-based interviewing and use of scorecards.
• Ability to work with recruitment metrics and dashboards.
• English: Intermediate+ level required

Nice to have

• Experience with Notion, Confluence, or Figma.
