What you will do

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of three Recruitment Operations Partners, managing workloads and priorities.
• Manage day-to-day recruiting operations and sourcing activities for assigned business areas.
• Oversee the requisition lifecycle and ensure the integrity of ATS and CRM data.
• Analyze recruiting metrics and reporting to drive data-informed decisions.
• Develop SOPs, playbooks, and implement recruiting technology enhancements to improve workflows.
• Act as the primary escalation point for complex hiring activities and stakeholder relationships.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 5–7 years of experience in recruiting operations.
• 1–3 years of people leadership experience.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting clinical or technical roles.
• Advanced proficiency with ATS and CRM systems.
• Experience working within shared-services or Center of Excellence (COE) environments.
