- Address concerns promptly, identify enhancements, and engage in action plans to overcome obstacles.
- Commit to excellence, efficiency, and agility in recruiting processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in HR or related field
- Minimum 5 years of recruiting or HR experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, HRIS, ATS, CRM platforms, and online meetings
- Senior living experience with executive and C-suite stakeholders
