Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field
• Minimum 5 years of recruiting or HR experience
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, HRIS, ATS, CRM platforms, and online meetings
• Senior living experience with executive and C-suite stakeholders
