Location: Must be based in Canaan, CT, USA. This role is hybrid with 3 days per week onsite.

What you will do

• Lead job scope meetings with hiring leaders to define requirements and market strategy.
• Source candidates using Boolean search techniques, networking, and social media.
• Evaluate candidate qualifications and manage the pipeline within the Applicant Tracking System.
• Coach candidates through the interview process and articulate value propositions.
• Partner with hiring leaders to negotiate offers and manage counter-offers.
• Ensure strict adherence to OFCCP and other compliance standards.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to commute to Canaan, CT, USA.
• Minimum of 2 years of recruiting experience in corporate, RPO, or agency settings.
• Proficiency in Boolean search techniques and Applicant Tracking Systems.
• Strong knowledge of HR principles and talent acquisition metrics.
• High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field preferred.
• Ability to work onsite 3 days per week.
