Senior Manager Talent Acquisition (HR): Driving and overseeing all hiring efforts across Singapore and the APAC region with an accent on regional hub ramp-up and building a TA delivery team. Focus on translating enterprise strategy to regional needs and managing end-to-end recruitment for diverse functions.

What you will do

  • Manage critical hiring needs across Singapore and various APAC geographies.
  • Lead all recruitment activity across APAC (excluding China), ensuring effective workload allocation and delivery.
  • Handle end-to-end hiring processes from intake meetings to sourcing and offer management.
  • Build and lead the regional Talent Acquisition Delivery Team from scratch.
  • Adapt recruitment best practices and enterprise strategies to local and regional-specific needs.
  • Collaborate with regional HR and Business leadership to meet performance KPIs and SLAs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in end-to-end recruitment with a focus on active candidate identification.
  • Proven expertise in building regional delivery teams within a matrix organization.
  • Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Candidate Relationship Management (CRM) systems.
  • Previous experience in HQ ramp-ups and regional growth projects across APAC countries.
  • Strong communication and influencing skills to act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders.

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of SAP and Phenom systems.
