What you will do

• Lead job scope meetings with hiring leaders to define specifications and market approaches.
• Source candidates using Boolean search techniques, networking, and resume databases.
• Evaluate candidate qualifications and manage the recruitment process through the ATS.
• Articulate value propositions and prepare candidates for interviews.
• Partner with hiring leaders to negotiate offers and drive candidate acceptance.
• Ensure strict adherence to OFCCP and other compliance standards.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• Minimum of two years of recruiting experience in corporate, RPO, or agency settings.
• Proficiency in Boolean search techniques and recruitment technologies like ATS.
• Strong knowledge of HR principles and talent acquisition metrics.
• High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
