• Manage, mentor, and develop a team of software engineers through regular 1:1s, performance reviews, and career planning.
• Own the full delivery lifecycle for scrum teams, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release management.
• Contribute to architectural decisions and ensure product security across on-prem and SaaS platforms.
• Champion AI-first development practices and drive quality through automation and CI/CD best practices.
• Collaborate with Product Management and UX to align on roadmaps and address customer needs.
• Manage technical debt and advocate for long-term engineering quality and observability.

Требования

• 8+ years of software engineering experience with a focus on enterprise software.
• 3+ years of direct people management experience.
• Proven ability to deliver software products on schedule in an Agile environment.
• Strong proficiency in modern object-oriented programming languages and frameworks.
• Experience with modern databases such as PostgreSQL and ClickHouse.
• Must be based in or able to work from Kraków, Poland.
