What you will do

• Lead technical discussions and oversee the development of effective infrastructure solutions.
• Foster a high-performance culture and implement cost-effective engineering practices.
• Manage team workload, hiring, performance evaluations, and continuous professional development.
• Oversee a Scrum team, ensuring success through Agile principles and process improvements.
• Contribute hands-on to software design, development, and integration tasks.
• Develop and execute a strategic vision for the team's technical domains.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience leading software engineering teams
• Hands-on experience building high-scale, high-load distributed systems
• Proficiency in modern programming languages including C#, Javascript, and Python
• Fluency in Cloud-native architecture (Azure preferred, AWS or GCP acceptable)
• Experience with Agile methodologies and performance management
• Fluency in AI tools for SDLC and process optimization

Nice to have

• Experience leading teams utilizing LLM, RAG, AI Agents, and embeddings
