What you will do

• Lead and develop a distributed team of engineers across Warsaw, Copenhagen, and Manila.
• Support team growth through hiring, onboarding, and capability development.
• Coach engineers through regular feedback, mentoring, and goal setting.
• Balance sprint delivery commitments with long-term engineering maturity.
• Foster a healthy, engaging, and psychologically safe team environment.
• Partner with engineering leaders to drive cross-team initiatives and knowledge sharing.

Requirements

• Must be based in Warsaw, Poland or able to work from the local office.
• Proven experience leading and developing engineering teams.
• Solid understanding of infrastructure as code and agile methodologies.
• Experience within Platform Engineering, DevOps, or related areas.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a supportive, service-oriented leadership approach.
• Ability to communicate and work effectively across regions, cultures, and time zones.
