What you will do
- Manage the end-to-end customer lifecycle from onboarding to long-term success.
- Configure conversational AI bots, automation workflows, and system integrations.
- Coordinate UAT and oversee quality assurance for bot deployments.
- Monitor performance metrics and provide optimization recommendations to increase ROI.
- Conduct training workshops and enablement sessions for customer teams.
- Act as a bridge between customer feedback and internal product/engineering teams.
Requirements
- Native-level Polish and strong English proficiency required.
- 3–5 years of experience in Customer Success, Project Management, or Technical Account Management.
- Technical exposure to DevOps practices and on-premise deployments.
- Understanding of automation workflows, bot development, and system integrations.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data for actionable insights.
- Proven ability to manage multiple client projects simultaneously.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of AI/NLP solutions and APIs.
- Experience with low-code/no-code platforms.
- Background in SaaS or automation environments.
