What you will do

  • Handle customer requests via chat, email, and phone.
  • Perform technical diagnostics to resolve issues and escalate incidents when necessary.
  • Provide expert consultations on Edge Network products and services.
  • Address complex technical challenges while minimizing impact on customer business operations.
  • Identify recurring technical issues and suggest improvements to prevent future incidents.
  • Share knowledge and expertise with team members to enhance support capabilities.

Requirements

  • 1+ year of technical support experience
  • English level B2 or higher
  • Strong networking knowledge including TCP/IP, DNS, and traceroute
  • Hands-on experience with Linux and API
  • Understanding of hardware and software diagnostics
  • Experience with CDN and monitoring tools like Grafana or Kibana

Nice to have

  • Experience with SQL
