Salary: 112,700 - 155,000 PLN

What you will do

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for client support queries via phone, email, and support portal.
  • Provide technical application support for cash positioning, forecasting, payments, and in-house banking.
  • Analyze and resolve product issues while maintaining case metrics and client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address escalated issues and improve service quality.
  • Document solutions in the knowledge base and identify opportunities for customer journey improvements.
  • Mentor junior support consultants and participate in occasional Sunday shifts.

Requirements

  • Bachelor or Graduate degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting.
  • 3-5 years of experience in a customer support or customer experience role.
  • Strong initial knowledge of Treasury and SaaS solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive, hands-on approach to problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

  • Experience with cloud-based service (SaaS) deployment and support.
  • Additional language skills in Spanish, Italian, or French.
