What you will do

• Prepare detailed cost estimates and budgets based on project requirements and specifications.
• Support the development and validation of cost plans throughout the PCSA lifecycle.
• Assist with package scoping, tender enquiries, and evaluation of subcontractor returns.
• Track and report cost movements, changes, and risk allowances.
• Contribute to the Cost Value Reconciliation (CVR) process and financial forecasting.
• Collaborate with pre-construction managers and design teams to ensure commercial compliance.

Requirements

• Experience in a Quantity Surveying or Assistant QS role, ideally within pre-construction or estimating.
• Strong understanding of cost planning, estimating, and procurement processes.
• Must be based in or able to work in London, UK.
• Good commercial awareness and attention to detail.
• Working towards or interested in professional qualifications such as RICS.
