What you will do

• Perform planned and reactive construction and maintenance works across multiple sites.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests through the Facilities Planner.
• Execute a variety of tasks including flagging, concreting, block work, drainage, and brickwork.
• Support and deliver projects such as excavation and landscaping works.
• Collaborate with the internal Facilities team and external contractors.
• Read and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and instructions.

Requirements

• Minimum of five years of experience within a construction trades role.
• CSCS certification and relevant NVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualification.
• Full driving licence with willingness to travel between sites.
• Ability to carry out site-based physical tasks, including lifting, bending, and climbing.
• Strong understanding of construction practices and building maintenance compliance.
