What you will do

• Manage site steelwork installation and workpack delivery from issue to handover.
• Act as Appointed Person for lifting operations, including preparing lift plans and RAMS.
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors to ensure performance and HSE compliance.
• Lead daily briefings, toolbox talks, and site inductions.
• Plan resources, sequencing, and logistics to meet project milestones.
• Liaise with client, design, and HSE teams to resolve technical issues.

Requirements

• Proven steelwork site management experience on major industrial projects.
• Appointed Person (A61) certification for lifting operations.
• NVQ L3 Moving Loads certification.
• SMSTS and NVQ Level 6 Construction Site Management (or equivalent).
• Strong track record in subcontractor and team management.
