TL;DR

AI Technical Training Content Developer (AI/Education): Designing and curating high-quality AI learning experiences to support enterprise AI adoption with an accent on technical accuracy and accessibility. Focus on developing tutorials, labs, and coaching materials that translate complex AI concepts into practical assets for diverse internal audiences.

Location: Must be based in Vilnius, Lithuania (Hybrid: 3 days/week in-office).

Salary: €3,200–€3,800 gross monthly.

What you will do

  • Partner with subject matter experts and vendors to curate AI learning content.
  • Develop technical training materials including tutorials, walkthroughs, and labs.
  • Create structured content for AI coaching experiences and decision trees.
  • Translate complex AI concepts into accessible learning materials.
  • Incorporate platform analytics and learner feedback to improve content continuously.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in technology, learning design, or computer science.
  • Experience developing technical learning content or eLearning materials.
  • Proficiency with programming languages and GitHub.
  • Working knowledge of AI concepts and tools like generative AI, Copilot, and Claude.
  • Strong written communication skills for explaining technical topics.
  • Must have no unspent criminal convictions under the Criminal Code of the Republic of Lithuania.

Nice to have

  • Experience creating content for AI-driven coaching tools.
  • Familiarity with learning experience platforms and content management systems.
  • Understanding of instructional design principles.
