Learning Experience Designer (SaaS): Designing and developing engaging digital learning experiences for a cloud-based software platform with an accent on adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies. Focus on translating complex technical product features into scalable training programs and enhancing user adoption through interactive multimedia content.

Location: Must be based in or able to commute to Atlanta, GA (Hybrid: 3 days/week in-office)

What you will do

• Design and develop interactive eLearning experiences using methodologies like ADDIE and SAM.
• Partner with Subject Matter Experts to translate complex product workflows into clear learning materials.
• Create detailed storyboards, scripts, and assessments to support product adoption and onboarding.
• Apply UX and visual design principles to enhance learner engagement and accessibility.
• Evaluate learning effectiveness through performance data and conduct periodic content audits.

Requirements

• 2–5+ years of experience in instructional design or eLearning development.
• Proven experience with course authoring tools and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
• Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
• Ability to translate complex technical information into clear, engaging content.
• Must be able to work from the Atlanta, GA office 3 days per week.

Nice to have

• Experience in a SaaS or technology environment.
• Proficiency with multimedia tools like Camtasia, IORAD, or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Experience with content publishing and advanced LMS administration.
