What you will do

• Develop and maintain complex compensation models using Excel and macros to support bonus and equity programs.
• Conduct job evaluations, market pricing, and respond to compensation requests for business and HR partners.
• Lead data management for annual salary, bonus, and equity review processes across 35 countries and currencies.
• Prepare materials for the Compensation Committee and Proxy-related disclosures.
• Perform simulations and predictive analyses to forecast the impact of various compensation scenarios.
• Collaborate with HR teams and business leaders to align local needs with the global compensation framework.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Economics, HR, or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in compensation or financial analysis.
• At least 1 year of experience focused on multi-country compensation practices.
• Advanced Excel skills, including proficiency in macros and complex formulas, are mandatory.
• Experience with HRIS systems and compensation management software.
• Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, international environment.
