Location: Must be based in Mexico (MX Commercial Office)

What you will do
- Administer compensation, benefits, and rewards programs for Mexico & CAMCAR in collaboration with HRBPs and Global Total Rewards.
- Manage the merit compensation process, ensuring strict budget adherence and policy compliance.
- Develop and deliver clear Total Rewards communications to ensure organizational understanding of policies.
- Analyze salary and benefits surveys to provide recommendations for maintaining market competitiveness.
- Partner with Finance and Accounting to ensure accurate incentive accruals and financial planning.
- Lead Total Rewards process improvement initiatives and coordinate with external vendors for effective delivery.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in compensation and/or Total Rewards administration.
- Minimum 5 years of experience managing regional or global cross-border initiatives.
- Advanced English and Spanish proficiency.
- Must be based in Mexico.
Nice to have
- Master’s degree in Business Administration or Human Resources.
- PMP certification and proven project management expertise.
- Strong knowledge of labor regulations across Latin America.
- Experience collaborating with virtual, cross-functional teams.
- Advanced Excel skills and hands-on experience with HR systems.
