Senior Technical Architect (Endpoints Migration)

What you will do

• Define endpoint target-state standards and guardrails for consolidated tenants, including baseline configurations and compliance posture.
• Develop tenant-to-tenant endpoint migration approaches, focusing on sequencing, Autopilot strategy, and Intune re-enrolment models.
• Produce and govern endpoint runbooks, quality gates, and validation checklists for industrial-scale execution.
• Lead endpoint pilot designs and translate lessons learned into hardened, repeatable technical standards.
• Coordinate cross-discipline dependencies between Identity, Security, Conditional Access, and Shared Data.
• Provide escalation guidance for complex migration failures and support cutover readiness reviews.

Requirements

• Proven experience delivering tenant-to-tenant endpoint migrations in production (Intune/Windows specialism is mandatory).
• Deep practical expertise in Intune enrolment, compliance, configuration profiles, and troubleshooting.
• Practical understanding of Autopilot concepts and tenant transition sequencing.
• Strong PowerShell and operational troubleshooting capability.
• Proven ability to write and govern runbooks for repeatable delivery.
• Must be based in or able to work from London, UK.

Nice to have

• Experience with workstation/profile migration tools such as PowerSyncPro.
• Knowledge of Microsoft security controls, specifically Conditional Access and compliant device requirements.
• Microsoft certifications such as MD-102 or MS-102.
• Experience supporting Windows 11 transition programs.
