Location: Hybrid (Barcelona, Spain)

Salary: €33,000–€40,000

What you will do

  • Manage a portfolio of hirify.global's key Spanish customers with tailored, data-driven action plans.
  • Identify client trends, risks, and upsell opportunities to improve customer journeys and drive revenue growth.
  • Build strong strategic client relationships and act as their trusted consultant.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, CX, Product, Engineering, and Finance teams.
  • Mentor less experienced peers and share best practices within the team.

Requirements

  • Must have 3+ years of B2B Account Management experience.
  • Fluency in Spanish (native or proficient) and professional English.
  • Proven success in upsell, retention, and net growth of client portfolios.
  • Strong strategic, analytical, and organizational skills with a tech-savvy mindset.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills at senior client levels.
  • Experience with churn prevention and data-driven portfolio management.

Nice to have

  • Experience managing key accounts or enterprise-level clients.
  • Knowledge of Human Resources, Payroll, or HR Software.
  • Experience in process optimization or building Account Management best practices.
