What you will do
- Manage a portfolio of 's key Spanish customers with tailored, data-driven action plans.
- Identify client trends, risks, and upsell opportunities to improve customer journeys and drive revenue growth.
- Build strong strategic client relationships and act as their trusted consultant.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, CX, Product, Engineering, and Finance teams.
- Mentor less experienced peers and share best practices within the team.
Requirements
- Must have 3+ years of B2B Account Management experience.
- Fluency in Spanish (native or proficient) and professional English.
- Proven success in upsell, retention, and net growth of client portfolios.
- Strong strategic, analytical, and organizational skills with a tech-savvy mindset.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills at senior client levels.
- Experience with churn prevention and data-driven portfolio management.
Nice to have
- Experience managing key accounts or enterprise-level clients.
- Knowledge of Human Resources, Payroll, or HR Software.
- Experience in process optimization or building Account Management best practices.
