TL;DR
Enterprise Account Executive (AI/EdTech): Introducing best-in-class Data and AI training solutions to leading enterprises with an accent on driving business transformation through skills enablement. Focus on pipeline generation at the C-level, executing full sales cycles, and managing multi-stakeholder deals for large Spanish corporations.
Location: Hybrid (Barcelona, Spain) - 4 days on-site, Fridays remote
Salary: €40,000 base + €20,000 variable (€60,000 OTE), uncapped

What you will do
- Sell Enterprise AI and data upskilling programmes to L&D, HR, CDO/CIO, and business unit leaders.
- Generate a high-quality pipeline by targeting C-level and C-1 stakeholders.
- Manage the full sales cycle autonomously, from initial outreach to closing deals.
- Help organisations attribute ROI to transformational data and AI skills development.
- Maintain CRM hygiene and provide accurate weekly forecasting.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience as a closing AE in enterprise sales.
- Experience in B2B tech, SaaS, EdTech, or consulting-style sales.
- Proven track record of carrying a quota and selling to enterprise accounts.
- Ability to qualify deals using the MEDDIC framework.
- Native-level Spanish and English (both spoken and written).
- Must be based in Barcelona to accommodate the hybrid work pattern.
Nice to have
- Experience with Hubspot, G-Suite, Sales Navigator, and Notion.
- Previous experience working with a learning, data, or AI vendor.
- Proficiency in Catalan.
