What you will do

  • Drive outbound pipeline through multi-channel prospecting including email, LinkedIn, and cold calls.
  • Conduct deep strategic research on target accounts to identify pain points and buying signals.
  • Lead discovery conversations to qualify and convert prospects into sales opportunities.
  • Test and iterate on outreach messaging to optimize conversion rates.
  • Represent the company at industry events and field activations.
  • Maintain CRM discipline and data integrity within HubSpot.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in a BDR, SDR, or similar outbound sales role within SaaS, AdTech, or B2B tech.
  • Proven track record of successful outbound prospecting and lead generation.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to adapt to different buyers.
  • Must be based in or able to work from Barcelona, Spain.
  • Resilience and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
  • Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM platforms.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with retail, marketplaces, or media monetization.
  • Fluency in additional languages beyond English.
