What you will do
- Drive outbound pipeline through multi-channel prospecting including email, LinkedIn, and cold calls.
- Conduct deep strategic research on target accounts to identify pain points and buying signals.
- Lead discovery conversations to qualify and convert prospects into sales opportunities.
- Test and iterate on outreach messaging to optimize conversion rates.
- Represent the company at industry events and field activations.
- Maintain CRM discipline and data integrity within HubSpot.
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in a BDR, SDR, or similar outbound sales role within SaaS, AdTech, or B2B tech.
- Proven track record of successful outbound prospecting and lead generation.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to adapt to different buyers.
- Must be based in or able to work from Barcelona, Spain.
- Resilience and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
- Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM platforms.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with retail, marketplaces, or media monetization.
- Fluency in additional languages beyond English.
