What you will do
- Develop and execute value realization plans to prove tangible ROI to enterprise customers.
- Sustain business growth and profitability by maximizing value and minimizing the risk of churn.
- Coordinate internal teams and resources to resolve customer issues and meet strict deadlines.
- Plan and deliver outcome-focused customer kick-offs and regular business reviews.
- Proactively engage with customers to prevent support issues and foster long-term loyalty.
- Ensure customers have the necessary tools and resources for successful deployment.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in Enterprise Customer Success Management, Consulting, or Sales.
- Fluency in Italian, Spanish, and English is mandatory.
- Availability to work on a hybrid schedule in the Milan office (3 days onsite).
- Experience with enterprise transformation, organizational change management, or project management.
- Proven expertise in managing channel partners and indirect customer relationships.
- Executive presence with the ability to translate technical information for all stakeholders.
