What you will do

• Provide strategic HSSE advice and guidance for transmission and distribution projects.
• Lead high-potential incident investigations and develop corrective action plans.
• Conduct regular site visits to provide assurance and support to project teams.
• Develop and implement HSSE management plans and company-wide initiatives.
• Act as the primary HSSE focal point for clients and project management.
• Mentor and train new recruits within the HSSE team.

Requirements

• Must have the right to work in the UK.
• Minimum Level 4 Certificate in Health & Safety (Level 6 Diploma preferred).
• ISO 45001 Lead Auditor certification and Incident Investigation training.
• Strong working knowledge of UK health and safety legislation.
• Experience in transmission, distribution, oil and gas, or related industrial environments.
• Ability to travel to various project facilities and worksites across Scotland.
