TL;DR

Location: Hybrid in Amsterdam, Netherlands

What you will do

  • Own regional commercial performance, including NRR, upsell, and retention targets across BENELUX, DACH, and Nordics.
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Account Managers to build a high-performance, customer-focused culture.
  • Identify market-specific growth opportunities and support localization efforts, particularly within the DACH market.
  • Optimize team workflows, documentation, and operational efficiency across the AM organization.
  • Partner with Sales, Product, and Distribution teams to translate market insights into actionable business recommendations.

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of people leadership experience within Account Management, Sales, or Customer Success.
  • Proven experience owning commercial KPIs such as retention, NRR, and account growth.
  • Professional fluency in German.
  • Experience working within EMEA markets, with a strong preference for the DACH region.
  • Must be based in or able to work from the Amsterdam office (Hybrid).

Nice to have

  • Experience within SaaS, travel tech, marketplace, or hospitality industries.
