TL;DR

Solutions Architect (DevSecOps): Advising prospects and customers on hirify.global's DevSecOps platform with an accent on technical discovery, solution design, and value stream assessments. Focus on driving platform adoption, influencing revenue growth, and serving as the voice of the customer to internal product and engineering teams.

What you will do

  • Lead technical discovery, demos, and validation to demonstrate platform value across the full software lifecycle.
  • Own the technical evaluation process, including POC/POV initiatives, workshop design, and tender responses.
  • Partner with Account Executives to shape and execute account strategies for customer acquisition and expansion.
  • Advise technical and business leaders on modern software development, CI/CD, security, and cloud practices.
  • Act as the voice of the customer by sharing feedback and competitive insights with Product and Engineering teams.
  • Create reusable technical collateral, best practice guidance, and examples to support customer success.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in technical pre-sales, consulting, or similar customer-facing roles.
  • Deep proficiency with the end-to-end software development lifecycle and modern DevSecOps practices.
  • Hands-on experience with source control, CI/CD, and collaboration platforms.
  • Practical knowledge of cloud computing concepts, deployment, and security operations.
  • Strong technical communication and presentation skills for both technical and executive audiences.
  • Ability to build trusted relationships and act as a customer advocate.
