What you will do

  • Consult with prospective and existing customers to identify and address specific business needs.
  • Provide business-centric expertise to the sales team to differentiate solutions from competitors.
  • Support the full sales cycle, from qualification and pre-sales engineering to solution architecture and post-sale upsell.
  • Engage in C-level discussions to establish credibility and influence strategic decision-making.
  • Facilitate virtual and live meetings, briefings, and presentations for diverse stakeholders.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure customer responsiveness and strategic alignment.

Requirements

  • Native German speaker and fluent in English.
  • 3+ years of Solutions Engineering experience in AI or SaaS.
  • 2+ years of industry experience in Contact Center or CX space.
  • Strong presentation, persuasion, and written communication skills.
  • Ability to travel 20-50% for internal meetings and customer sites.
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience.
