What you will do
- Lead and motivate a team of high-performing Account Executives in ’s most mature market.
- Own and deliver on sales targets by example.
- Identify and cultivate new prospect relationships with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Collaborate closely with product, partnerships, and marketing teams to align sales with business strategy.
- Instill a culture of high performance, integrity, and urgency within the sales team.
- Coach and guide team members to develop their careers by identifying strengths and opportunities.
Requirements
- Must have 10+ years of sales experience with 3+ years managing Account Executives, preferably in payments or fintech.
- Strong strategic vision to develop long-term business growth plans.
- Exceptional relationship-building and interpersonal skills at all organizational levels.
- Proven negotiation skills including experience working with legal teams on complex deals.
- Location: Must be based in the United Kingdom.
