What you will do

  • Acquire new corporate customers and drive overall revenue growth.
  • Implement strategies for customer retention and increase transaction volumes.
  • Map the local competitive landscape and track competitor pricing to refine the value proposition.
  • Develop compelling sales materials and refine the company's sales pitch.
  • Test and scale new customer acquisition channels and processes.
  • Act as the voice of the customer to collaborate with product and ops teams on localized improvements.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in a Sales leadership position, ideally within fintech or startups.
  • Must be based in Bamako, Mali.
  • Fluent in French.
  • Work-level English proficiency.
  • Results-driven mindset with the ability to work independently, resourcefully, and organized.

Nice to have

  • Experience at early-stage VC-backed startups or top-tier consultancies.
  • Previous experience working in or with emerging markets.
  • Experience building and working with online CRM tools.
