What you will do

  • Lead and coach a team of Broker & Deposit BRA Business Development Executives to meet sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with commercial finance brokers across the UK.
  • Develop and execute outreach strategies to convert existing Business Savings customers into BRA clients.
  • Optimize sales pipelines, conversion rates, and account opening timescales.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders in KYB/C, Product, and Growth teams to refine processes.
  • Represent the bank at industry events, roundtables, and webinars.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in B2B sales management, including hiring and coaching high-performing teams.
  • Strong interpersonal and account management skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM and portfolio management tools.
  • Expertise in data analysis, forecasting, and sales reporting.
  • Track record of generating revenue while managing risk and reputation.
