What you will do
- Acquire new corporate customers in Cameroon and the wider CEMAC region.
- Implement customer retention strategies and increase transaction volumes.
- Drive revenue growth and map competitive landscape in Cameroon.
- Refine sales pitches and develop compelling sales materials.
- Test and scale acquisition channels and build scalable sales processes.
- Collaborate with product and operations teams to align offerings with customer needs.
Requirements
- Location: Must be based in Douala, Cameroon
- English and French fluency required
- 5+ years in sales leadership, preferably in fintech or startups.
- Results-driven, resourceful, organized, and able to work independently.
Nice to have
- Experience in early-stage VC-backed startups or top-tier consultancies.
- Experience working in or with emerging markets.
- Familiarity with online CRM tools.
